Mount Eden Vineyards respects and protects
your privacy. We collect customer information for the purpose of
fulfilling our customers' orders and to communicate with you about
your order. We do not sell, rent or share any portion of our
customer database to third parties. However, we may use your
information to notify you of events in which we are
participating.

Purchasers of wine must be 21 years old.
An Adult signature is required upon delivery.
Shipping Address- To ensure proper delivery, we recommend that this order be sent to a business address where an individual (over 21 years of age) is available to sign for the order.
Being compliant with current state laws, Mount Eden Vineyards currently ships wine to the following states:
CA, CO, ID, NM, NV, OR, WA, & WY Shipped via UPS ground.
AK, AL*, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, LA, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NY, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT & WI To ensure our wines get to you in the best possible condition we ship via UPS 2 nd day air. (If you prefer another shipping method contact us.)
AZ, MA, & NJ Wine delivery to some states is legal only through a “3 tier system”. We will consolidate shipments on the 15 th and 30 th of each month. After shipping, allow 10 to 15 working days for delivery via in-state distributors/retailers through either UPS or FedEx.
PLEASE NOTE- To protect your wine investment, our shipping schedule will be dictated by weather conditions in your area. Please call the winery (toll free) at 888-865-9463 with any questions regarding our current shipping schedule.
