| 2021 Mount Eden Rose: Selected from the Pinot Noir blocks at our Mount Eden Estate (20%) and Domaine Eden (80%) properties, the 2021 Rosé vintage is saigneé or bled off during the first hour of maceration. It was then aged for about seven months with one quarter in stainless steel and the rest in neutral oak
Pale rosy peach in color, with buoyant aromas of strawberry and peach; soft red fruit flavors are abundant with a touch of earth and a creamy mouthfeel.
